Position Overview

We’re hiring experienced Independent Territory Sales Representatives to build regional wholesale distribution and event presence.

This is a commission-only role designed for independent reps who already carry complementary sports brands and want to add a premium youth soccer product line that fits the competitive player market.

Territory reps are expected to generate their own leads and opportunities while having access to our Inside Sales Coordinator for supplemental lead gen, appointment setting, and sales support.

This role is for people who know how to build a territory—not wait for one.

Core Responsibilities

1) Wholesale Account Development

  • Prospect and open new wholesale accounts:

    • Soccer specialty retailers

    • Clubs and academies

    • High school athletic directors / programs

  • Present product line and certification positioning clearly and correctly (FIFA Basic + NFHS)

  • Negotiate and close wholesale orders within company guidelines

  • Maintain relationships and drive reorders

  • Support club/HS program supply opportunities (training + match needs)

2) Tournament & Event Activation

  • Identify and create opportunities to align with youth soccer tournaments and related events

  • Secure vendor/booth placements at key regional tournaments

  • Represent Futstrikers onsite and convert exposure into accounts and team/program sales

  • Futstrikers provides promotional materials and booth pop-ups.

  • Territory reps own securing and executing event opportunities in-region.

3) Pipeline Management & Coordination

  • Generate and manage your own opportunities consistently

  • Collaborate with Inside Sales for supplemental lead gen and meeting support

  • Track accounts, opportunities, and next steps in CRM

  • Maintain consistent communication and reporting with HQ

Compensation

Commission-only structure

  • Competitive commission on collected revenue (paid when Futstrikers receives payment)

  • Performance-based incentives as territory grows

  • This structure is ideal for established independent reps with an existing book and the discipline to build pipeline fast.

Ideal Candidate Profile

  • Current independent sales rep carrying non-conflicting sports brands

  • Strong relationships in youth soccer, team sports retail, clubs, or high schools

  • Comfortable selling into programs where certifications matter (NFHS + FIFA Basic)

  • Proven ability to prospect, close, and manage a territory

  • Professional, responsive, and self-managed

  • Startup mindset: action-oriented, not paperwork-oriented

  • Keep pipeline reporting clean and current
