Welcome to Futstrikers.com, operated by Futstrikers Inc. (“Futstrikers,” “we,” “our,” or “us”).

By accessing or using our website, purchasing products, enrolling in a subscription, or interacting with our services (collectively, the “Services”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, do not use our Services.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to make purchases or enroll in subscriptions on this Site. By using our Services, you represent that:

  • You are a parent or legal guardian purchasing on behalf of a minor.

2. Products and Orders

We sell soccer balls and related products, including subscription-based delivery programs.

A. Order Acceptance

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including pricing errors or suspected fraud.

B. Pricing

Prices are listed in U.S. dollars. We reserve the right to change pricing at any time without prior notice.

C. Payment

3. Subscription Terms (Fut Strikers Club)

If you enroll in a subscription:

A. Automatic Renewal

Subscriptions automatically renew at the selected billing interval (monthly, bi-monthly, quarterly, etc.) unless canceled prior to the next billing date.

B. Billing Authorization

You authorize Futstrikers to charge your selected payment method on a recurring basis until canceled.

C. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account portal or by contacting customer support before your next billing date. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing cycle.

D. Failed Payments

If payment fails, we may retry billing or suspend your subscription until payment is resolved.

4. Shipping and Risk of Loss

Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Risk of loss and title transfer to you upon delivery to the carrier.

We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather, or events beyond our control.

5. Returns and Refunds

Return eligibility, timelines, and refund procedures are governed by our Return Policy (if posted separately). If no separate policy exists:

  • Unused products may be returned within 14 days of delivery.

  • Products must be in original condition.

  • Shipping costs may be non-refundable.

Subscription charges already processed are generally non-refundable unless required by law.

6. User Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Use the Site for unlawful purposes

  • Attempt to hack, disrupt, or compromise the Site

  • Use automated systems to scrape or extract data

  • Impersonate another individual

  • Interfere with the proper functioning of the Services

Participation in sports involves inherent risks. Futstrikers is not responsible for injuries resulting from use of our products.

Users assume all risks associated with athletic activities.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Services and products are provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE.”

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Futstrikers disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including:

  • Merchantability

  • Fitness for a particular purpose

  • Non-infringement

We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the Site.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

Futstrikers Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits, arising from:

  • Use of our products

  • Subscription participation

  • Website access

  • Delays in shipping

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the product or subscription giving rise to the claim.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Futstrikers Inc., its officers, employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, liabilities, or expenses arising from:

  • Your misuse of the Services

  • Violation of these Terms

  • Violation of applicable laws

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any disputes shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Maricopa County.

13. Arbitration

At our discretion, disputes may be resolved through binding arbitration rather than court litigation, except for small claims court matters.

You waive the right to participate in class actions.

14. Modifications

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
