Inside Sales Coordinator (Part-Time, Remote)

Compensation: $16/hour + commission + meeting spiffs/bonuses

We sell to clubs, academies, soccer specialty retailers, and high school athletic directors who care about performance and consistency.

Role Overview
This role is equal parts outbound sales engine and sales support.
You’ll make high-volume outbound calls to soccer retailers, club directors, academy leaders, and athletic directors. Your job is to identify decision-makers, qualify fit, and book meetings for senior sales reps—then help ensure clean follow-through from conversation to invoice to shipment.

Responsibilities
High-volume outbound calling to soccer retailers, clubs, academies, and athletic directors
Identify and qualify decision-makers
Book qualified meetings for senior sales reps
Track all activity and pipeline updates in HubSpot CRM (clean data is mandatory)
Support wholesale order coordination
Assist with invoice follow-ups for net terms and payment plans
Ensure clean handoffs to operations for Shopify order processing and shipment coordination
Daily Expectations
50+ outbound dials per day (minimum)
3–5 qualified conversations per day (minimum)
5–10 qualified meetings booked per week (after ramp-up)
100% CRM tracking accuracy (no gaps)
Daily activity report submitted before end of shift

Learn the product line, certifications, and value proposition
Speak clearly and accurately about FIFA Basic certification
Hit daily call targets consistently
Book your first qualified meetings
Maintain clean, complete CRM activity tracking
60 Days
Book meetings weekly with legitimate decision-makers
Support wholesale coordination with minimal supervision
Contribute sourced accounts entering the pipeline
Maintain consistent call volume and strong CRM discipline
90 Days
Generate steady weekly meeting volume
Have 1–2 sourced accounts convert to paying wholesale customers
Earn commission through collected revenue
Operate independently with strong execution and accountability
How Commission Works
If you source an account through outbound efforts and that account becomes a paying wholesale customer, you earn commission on collected revenue from that account.
Commission is paid on revenue received (not just invoiced).
You can also earn spiffs/bonuses for qualified meetings that meet our criteria and advance with senior sales.

Minimum Requirements
High school diploma
Strong phone confidence and communication skills
Comfortable with CRM systems (HubSpot preferred, not required)
Organized and detail-oriented
Reliable and responsive during working hours
Comfortable in a metrics-driven environment
